We are looking for a responsible and alert Watchman to join our organization in Chittoor. The ideal candidate should be able to maintain the security and safety of the premises, monitor entry and exit points, and ensure that the environment remains safe at all times. The role involves patrolling the area, checking visitors, keeping daily logs, and reporting any unusual activities. The candidate should be disciplined, trustworthy, and able to handle situations calmly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and guard the premises during duty hours.
• Check and record visitor details at the entrance.
• Patrol the area to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
• Report suspicious activities or safety issues immediately.
• Maintain a peaceful and orderly environment.
• Follow security rules and duty instructions strictly.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Basic reading and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to remain alert for long hours
• Responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined behavior
• Ability to handle minor security situations confidently
• Good observation and reporting skills
Preferred Experience:
• 0–5 years of experience as Watchman/Security Guard
• (Freshers with dedication can also apply)
