The role involves teaching the assigned subject, preparing lesson plans, evaluating student performance, and supporting their academic growth. The candidate should be patient, responsible, and able to communicate concepts clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach subjects as per the syllabus and curriculum guidelines.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials.
• Maintain discipline and encourage positive classroom engagement.
• Assess, evaluate, and track student progress regularly.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic performance.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Any Degree / B.Ed or related teaching qualification (preferred)
• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to manage classroom activities and student behavior
• Patience, empathy, and a positive teaching attitude
• Basic computer skills for digital learning support
Preferred Experience:
• 1–5 years of teaching experience (Freshers with good subject knowledge can also apply)
