We are looking for a skilled and responsible Painter to join our team in Chittoor. The ideal candidate should have experience in painting residential, commercial, or industrial spaces and be able to deliver a clean and neat finish. The role involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, selecting appropriate tools, and applying paint with attention to detail and safety. The candidate should be hardworking, disciplined, and capable of managing time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare walls and surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling cracks or holes.
• Mix paints and match colors according to the required finish.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Ensure smooth and neat finishing without drips or uneven coating.
• Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures using coverings and tapes.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and follow safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Basic knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation
• Ability to handle ladders, scaffolding, and painting tools safely
• Good sense of color matching and finishing quality
• Patience, attention to detail, and steady hand control
• Ability to work individually or in a team
Preferred Experience:
• 1–5 years of experience in painting work
• (Freshers with good painting skills can also apply)
