We are looking for a caring and dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team in Chittoor. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of basic medical care, patient support, and hospital procedures. The role involves assisting doctors, monitoring patients, administering medicines, maintaining records, and ensuring that patients receive compassionate and professional care. The candidate should be patient-focused, responsible, and able to remain calm in medical situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient care, support, and comfort as per medical instructions.
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the doctor or supervisor.
• Administer medications and injections correctly and on time.
• Maintain patient records and update treatment details accurately.
• Assist in medical procedures and emergency care when required.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and hospital protocols strictly.
Qualifications & Skills:
• ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Basic clinical knowledge and understanding of medical terms
• Good communication and caring attitude toward patients
• Ability to work responsibly during busy hours
• Discipline, patience, and strong teamwork skills
Preferred Experience:
• 1–5 years of nursing experience in hospitals or clinics
• (Freshers with strong knowledge and confidence can also apply)
